3 ingredient chocolate date cookies!

Chocolate date cookies



These 3 ingredient chocolate date cookies are sugar free, dairy free, vegan, soft, chewy and super easy to make. They are a perfect guilt free snack.


Ingredients:


Almond flour 


Medjool dates 


Cocoa powder


Instructions: 


Soak dates for 10-15 minutes in hot water. 

Drain the dates in a sieve over the sink to remove the liquid. 

Place the dates into a large bowl. Add in the almond flour and cocoa powder. Mix everything together until fully combined.


Form 6 balls and then flatten the cookies with your hands. (Keep in mind these cookies will not expand in the oven!! They don’t have butter or dairy to do so. So make sure to give them your desire shape now. Bake them for 8-12 minutes at 340 °F 


Let the cookies cool down on the baking sheet for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Half cup Medjool Dates pitted (4-5 dates)

Cocoa powder 2 TBSP
